Magic shells aren’t new. Ice cream companies have been dipping their frozen desserts into it for years. But the recipe isn’t complicated at all—it’s effortless to make at home! The coconut oil is essential in melting the white chocolate. It ensures the shell sets properly in the refrigerator.

Place the white chocolate, coconut oil and sea salt in a heatproof bowl. Microwave it in 1-minute intervals, until the white chocolate completely melts.
When it’s completely liquefied, gently stir in the dried rose petals. Let this cool for a moment. It should be warm, not hot when you prepare the doi.
Carefully layer the topping over each cup of doi. Put in the refrigerator and chill for an hour. Enjoy!
