Take out the required number of pieces from the Keventer Chicken Tandoori Kebab pack and put the rest back in the freezer.
Shallow fry the products in a pre-heated pan with oil and keep aside
Take a pan and add ghee/ vegetable oil in it on medium heat.
Sauté the ginger and garlic till translucent.

Now add all the dry spices, pink salt and mix
Add the tomato sauce and coconut milk and stir till the pieces blend well with the gravy. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
