First, make the super easy Keventer mix veg paratha. To start, heat the oil in a pan and pan cook Keventer ready to make mix veg paratha for 2 minutes.
Turn over the paratha and press it gently with a spatula. Make sure to cook it till golden brown. Repeat the process with another paratha.
