The juicy tenderness of Lucknowi Kebab meets the spicy appeal of curry in this irresistible dish. Each bite leaves you wanting more of its rich Flavors and satisfying texture.
Put oil in a pan and fry some Keventer ready-to-fry Lucknowi Kebabs. Once the kebabs are golden brown, keep them aside.
Put some oil in a Kadai and let it heat. Add onions into the pan and wait until they are light brown. Once done, add tomatoes, lemon juice, turmeric, salt and chilli powder into the pan and mix well
Cook all the ingredients together until it soaks the water. When the oil separates from the thick gravy, add previously fried Keventer Lucknowi kebabs into the gravy. Mix well.
Add half cup of water into the pan and cook it covered on simmer for around 10 mins. Make sure to stir twice.
Open the lid and garnish with sprinkled garam masala and fresh coriander.
Serve hot with chapati or plain rice.
