Shallow fry Keventer Lachha Paratha on medium heat.
Steam carrot and Keventer Frozen Sweet Corns.
Melt butter in a fry pan and add cumin seeds.
When the seeds start to pop, add onion and cook until translucent. Add capsicum and tomato and cook for 15 seconds.
Add chaat masala, chilli powder, salt and mix well.
Pour it on cooked Keventer Lachha Paratha and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and roll it
Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
