In a wok heat oil. Add bay leaf, mildly crushed cloves, green cardamom, and cinnamon stick. Add whole cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
Add the saunf and ginger powder. Sauté thoroughly. Do not let it burn.
Immediately add the Keventer Metro Rich Milk and water. Let it come to a boil and add salt and pepper.
Add the deep fried Keventer Metro Malai Paneer chunks. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with Keventer Malabar Paratha or steamed rice.
Note: Let this dish rest for about 20-30 minutes before serving so that the paneer can soak up the milk and becomes soft & flavorful.
