We took a little longer to write this blog because while we were at it, we could literally feel our mouths water. Yes! These special lassi variants are that yum! Best part? They are super easy to make too! So put your apron on, and grab a Keventer Metro Classic Lassi and a Keventer metro Mango Lassi to churn up something deliciously different!
Hari Bhari Pudina Lassi – Got 5 minutes? Then you've got this Lassi too! Throw in a cup of fresh pudina (mint) leaves into a blender and add half a cup of Keventer Metro Classic Lassi to it. Blend till the mixture is smooth. Now add another half of Keventer Metro Classic Lassi and beat up the mixture with a spoon. Pour it in a glass, add some ice, and garnish with a spring of mint. Done!
Aam Raseela Lassi – If you thought the previous recipe was easy-breezy, wait until you read this one! Simply pour Keventer Metro Mango Lassi in a glass, add some ice and then, add some freshly chopped Himsagar/Alphonso mango cubes. Drum roll! It's ready! For added zing, fell free to add a pinch of red chilli powder to your lassi. Also, don't forget to cut a slice of mango, dip it into some red chilli powder and salt, and garnish you glass with it. Now that's what we call an Aam Raseela Lassi!
Two-in-One Mango Dhamaka – This lassi might take a little longer to make, but trust us, you'll love the taste! Firstly, pour Keventer Metro Mango Lassi into an ice cube tray and let it freeze in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Once the cubes are frozen, take a tall glass and pour some mango syrup into it in a fashion that the syrup slides down against the body of the glass. Now start swirling the glass so that the mango drizzle forms a pattern against the glass' body. Next, pour Keventer Metro Classic Lassi into the glass. This time, instead of adding ice cubes, simply add the frozen cubes of Keventer Metro Mango Lassi into it. Slurp it up with a straw and have a lassi-licious time!
